To contrast the big heavy meal of Polish sausage, sauerkraut, and stuffed cabbage on Christmas Eve, my mom makes a tea time inspired brunch. Even though there were no homemade scones this year, it was still awesome. We had a broccoli egg frittata, blueberry ebelskevers, fruit salad, blue berry bread, cinnamon bread, breakfast sausage links, homemade cranberry relish, and mini turkey, roast beef, and ham sandwiches. Always a GREAT meal!
