This wasn’t an exact recipe I followed, but more of a guide. I had soba noodles I needed to use up and didn’t have the ingredients for all the cool recipes I found. However, you can never go wrong with a simple stir-fry with a bunch of veggies. I even used my mandolin slicer to cut the matchstick cut carrots. That tool is sweet!
