Pasta with asparagus, prosciutto and pecorino romano, and a salad.  Aya made this tasty dish today.  She said she limited the amount of proscuitto and used zucchini (first one from our garden… that the rabbits didn’t eat) instead of cherry tomatoes since we didn’t have any.  The proscuitto is high in sodium so she skipped the salt and pepper all together, and added fresh lemon zest at the end to balance off the saltiness.  Great pasta dish!
