I’ve been really lazy this week with the whole cooking thing.Â I didn’t plan anything or go grocery shopping.Â I’ve justÂ been throwing things together.Â But I was pretty proud of tonight’s creation.Â Turkey patty melts with mushrooms, green beans, leftover pasta salad, and a garden salad.
Turkey Patty Melts:
1lb ground turkey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup Japanese bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons Worscescorcorcer sauce
1 small onion
1/2 cup beef broth
I mixed the sliced mushrooms and onions together and cooked over medium heat with olive oil.Â Then I added the beef broth.
Then a mixed the turkey and all that other stuff.Â Formed into four patties and fired up the Forman grill.Â Once the patties were cooked.Â I put them on bread with the cheese and mushrooms and then grilled.Â Not a bad deal.
