Breakfast:  I LOVE plain white Japanese bread.  It doesn’t look like much, but when lightly toasted with a little bit of butter, it’s amazing.  My friend from college introduced this to me for the first time and I loved it ever since.  And everyone I’ve introduced it to since loves it as well.

Lunch:  More pasta.  Mine was a tomato cream sauce with crab meat, and Aya’s had salmon, salmon roe (fish eggs), and seaweed.

Dinner:  Hamburg, salad, a side of vegetables, and black sesame tofu.
