Indian-spiced salmon with basmati rice, spicy garlic broccoli rabe, and a garden salad. The spices for the salmon were good, but I didn’t like them on salmon. And I over cooked the salmon, so it was really dry. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The broccoli was good though.
Salmon sandwiches, quinoa with dried cherries, and pistachios, and a garden salad. This quinoa salad was fantastic. Nice texture and flavors. I wasn’t a big fan of quinoa before, but I’m liking it more and more. I didn’t have dried cherries or pistachios, so I used dried cranberries instead. The salmon sandwiches were good. The red pepper in the sauce added a nice subtle kick, too.
