Orange roasted tofu and asparagus, miso soup, and a seaweed salad. If you make this dish, definitely use fresh basil instead of dried. I think it will make a huge difference in flavor. Other than that minor error, this was a pretty solid recipe. It had a very unique flavorful and was a great way to use up some tofu I had kickin’ around.
