Braised pork tenderloin with lemon and sage, steamed asparagus, and mashed potatoes. This called for pork shoulder, but I used tenderloin which worked just fine. I’m discovering how the crockpot can be an awesome tool. I think I’m going to start using this a lot more in 2012. This lemon sage sauce would work great on chicken too!
