Halibut with leeks, zucchini and summer squash, and a garden salad.  I should have read this recipe all the way through.  For one, I bought tilapia instead of halibut.  Two, I didn’t have tarragon vinegar, and three, I didn’t realize it called for raisins.  I did have leeks though.  And luckily I did have raisins on had.  This was a good fish recipe.  I wasn’t expecting much and I was pleasantly surprised.
