Crispy herbed shrimp with chive aioli, steamed asparagus, and mashed potatoes. I did all the prep while Ellie was sleeping so it went smoothly. I’m not the most comfortable breading and frying things, but this turned out good. I ran out of breading material though, so I would add more bread crumbs. I used dried spices, but I imagine using fresh as the recipe calls would make this taste better too.Â The chive aioli was great! This would be great on a fish sandwich or something like that too.
