This cold Japanese noodle dish that I don’t know the name of, and a salad.  We have these packets Aya’s mom sends.  They are really easy to use.  Just boil the noodles, add the sauce on top, and then slice up some meat and vegetables and you’re good to go.  I used imitation crab meat, egg, cucumbers, and tomatoes.  You can put ham and shrimp on there too.  Aya introduced these to me when we were in college.  It’s been a favorite ever since.
