Homemade mac n cheese with a salad.Â The recipe said it was the “creamiest.”Â It wasn’t, but considering it was a lighter version that had butternut squash in it, it was really good.Â I would bake it five minutes less than what was suggested.

Did you *really* like it? I was going to make it last weekend, and got scared when I read some reviews…so I opted for a different CL recipe for mac n cheese.
Yes I really did. I felt I slightly overcooked it. It’s not the best mac n cheese in the world, but the combo with the squash and the fancy cheeses was nice. just take it out of the oven early than it says in the recipe.
