Fried green tomatoes, fried zucchini, and a garden salad with strawberries, feta cheese, and fresh dill from the garden.  Aya cooked again today and was able to utilize ingredients from the garden.

For the green tomatoes and zucchini, she dipped them in an egg batter, breaded them with cornmeal and then fried them in a little olive oil.  We used ranch dressing as a dipping sauce, but they are good plain too.
