Meyer lemon chicken piccata, mashed potatoes, green beans, and a garden salad. This was really as quick as the recipe said it’d be. This was definitely strong on the lemon flavor. Next time it’d probably cut the lemon quantity in half.
Were you able to find Meyer lemons? I read about them in Cooking Light’s magazine but I don’t know that I’ve ever seen them…or maybe I just haven’t paid much attention when I grab what looks to be a regular lemon.

I just used regular lemon juice… Maybe meyer lemons are less potent?
