Wow! This was fantastic! We both loved this. Simple ingredients and a simple process. I served it with oven roasted potatoes with rosemary, and roasted broccoli. Great meal.

  1. This was SO tender and SO flavorful and SO delicious!!!!! I loved that the thyme and rosemary were from our garden too. 🙂 Next time, I’ll probably vote for peaches instead of plums though. I think that I would like the sweetness more than the tart. But nevertheless, SO good.
